Comedy Off Broadway opened in downtown Lexington on April 1, 1987. We moved to our current location in Lexington Green in August of 1994.

We are conveniently located in Lexington Green at the intersection of New Circle Rd. and Nicholasville Rd. Lexington Green is one block north of Fayette Mall on the same side of Nicholasville Rd.

Parking is free at Lexington Green. There is a lower level lot that is closest to the club. If it is full, you may park on the upper level and use the indoor escalator through Joseph-Beth Booksellers to come down to the club level.Age Restrictions

As in any theater, certain behavior is expected. Out of respect to the performers and those seated around you, please keep all table conversation to a minimum.Shouting out toward the stage or another guest will not be tolerated. Please do not bring attention to yourself or your group.
For the performer's protection and safety, photography, video cameras and audio recorders are strictly prohibited and are subject to club confiscation.
We want you and your friends to have a good time. As a matter of fact, that is our business, but not at the expense of the show. Please have a great time and trust the best comedy talent in the nation to provide the show. Follow these few rules and we'll assume you've been out in public before!
